The Great Escape

A needed break from hours of Independent Film viewing in Park City, Utah, during the 2017 Sundance and Slamdance Film Festivals was on our family to-do list. We discovered a new adventure aside from our typical snowboarding, snow skiing, shopping, or hanging-out breaks.

As a birthday wish of my son-in-law, John, our family signed up for a different type of Park City experience. We booked a 60-minute "Escape the Room" clue game adventure called The Mine Trap at Escape Room Park City,136 Heber Ave, #207, or, info@EscapeRoomParkCity.com.

Escape Room Park City is an interactive puzzle experience where you and your team use your wits, problem solving and team work to solve challenges in order to escape a designated room. The first Escape Room in Park City is themed appropriately as a Mining Experience. Park City, being an old mining town, has stories to tell making The Mine Trap experience one of a kind. Coming soon are two more escape rooms: The Parlor and Dragon Room.

Of course, I will not ruin the experience for you by giving more details but I will say that our family can't wait for Sundance/Slamdance 2018 to share in a whole new problem solving interactive puzzle to challenge our team work abilities. Less than a year to go and counting! Woo Hoo!
