To the Center of the Earth (Al Centro de la Tjerra)
by Mary Nyiri

Director: Daniel Rosenfeld - Argentina

Something,  perhaps some alien, has been flying across mountains. Many locals have seen the  UFOs and even taken photographs. Antonio Zuleta intends to find out the truth.  Like a poem, each line and frame of this hybrid film expresses beauty, hope,  wonder, love, admiration, belief – depending on who you are and your own life  perception. Zuleta slowly treks across the majestic Argentinian Andes to locate  where he has determined the UFOs are landing. This short story about a boy  still wide-eyed with wonder, a grown man believing he has made contact with  aliens, and hope hidden high in the Andes is appealingly presented by the  characters, extraordinary landscape and relaxing music.
