This documentary is produced from the autobiographical texts written by the artist as well as extracts from Asta Scheib’s “The most beautiful thing I saw.” Many of Segatini’s works of art are used to bring to life the words of this troubled artist.

The readings by Bruno Ganz and Mona Petri are intertwined with JS Bach throughout this emotional and rather somber film.  (Christine Riney)
