Karen Eve Malinowski O’Shaughnessy

Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Karen developed her passion for movies at an early age when her family moved to Germany. Watching American movies were then an instrument for her to keep in touch with her old home. Subsequently, her choice of study was in the field of film, media and theatre, in which Karen achieved her bachelor's degree in Erlangen, Germany. Working in Fashion development, she now writes film critiques for a variety of publications in Germany. When it comes to movies, Karen loves the 80's classic comedies and enjoys horror thrillers as well as old school action.
